Description

The United States Office of Personnel Management in Washington, DC intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1) to Connectivity Systems Incorporated, dba CSI International (CSI), 8120 State Route 138, Williamsport, Ohio 43164, for DataMiner Software Maintenance. OPM currently utilizes the CSI DataMiner software on its servers to fulfill its requirement to support continuous operation and high availability. DataMiner is the proprietary property of CSI and its source code is known only to CSI. No other vendor is authorized or able to provide this upgrade. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A COMPETITIVE QUOTE. Any response to this notice must be submitted in writing to Daria.Giannotti@opm.gov and show clear and convincing evidence that another source is capable of meeting the Government's requirements and that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no written responses are received three (3) days after the initial date of publication of this posting, the purchase order will be awarded without further notice.
