Description

A Content Management Platform (CMP) has been developed for GSA by Communications Training Analysis Corporation (CTAC) under CTAC's GSA FSS IT 70, Contract Number GS-35F-4904G, Task Order Number GS-H-00-14-AA-0459. CTAC was competitively awarded the Task Order on September 18, 2014, for the purpose of providing services for the design, development, and hosting of the CMP to provide GSA the ability to on-board GSA's and other agency websites to a platform to improve efficiencies, reduce overall costs for operations and maintenance, and build an extensible environment for the reuse of information and technologies. Solicitation under CTAC's GSA FSS IT 70, Contract Number GS-35F-4904G, Task Order GS-H-00-14-AA-0459 included Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 5.5 for the sole purpose of on-boarding additional websites. At the time of the solicitation, the Government estimated on-boarding as many as five (5) "other to be determined websites" in the base year and each optional year for a potential total of 25 websites - no additional information was provided in the solicitation. The acceptable quote called for one large and four small websites to be added with the caveat of "reserving the right to renegotiate the CLIN 5.5 as appropriate."
