- Davis-Monthal Local Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-15-Q-0538 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Defense Circular Number 20150826, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2015-0406.The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001- Trailer Mounted Breathing Air Compressor System Eagle Harrier P/N HA20G-GS or equal 24-26 CFM Capable of 6000 PSIG Both diesel and electric dual drive 4 each air storage cylinders and four bank cascade control Generator capable of running all accessories to include auxilary lights 75'-100' Hose reel Include onsite training and set-up THIS REQUIREMENT IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. IF QUOTING AN OR EQUAL ITEM PLEASE INCLUDE A LIST OF EQUIPMENT IN PACK. Shipping will be FOB Destination to 355 CES/CEF, Davis-Monthan AFB.
