Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maryland City: Baltimore Delineated Area: I-83 Intersection with East Centre St., west to MLK Blvd., south to I-395, north to Conway Street, east to Light street, north to East Pratt Street, east to East Falls Ave, south to Aliceanna Street, east to President Street, north to I-83 until intersection with East Centre St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 121,305 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 123,780 Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft. (RSF): Offered space must not exceed 143,000 RSF Space Type: Office with approximately 5,000 SF of Warehouse type storage space Parking Spaces (Total): 44- 5 of which shall have electrical capacity to support electrical vehicle charging Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 44 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 44 leased spaces within 1 block of the proposed space Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Other: The tenant will need the ability to install several antennae on the roof The building should have a loading dock capable of accommodating deliveries Mailroom: approximately 250 ABOA square feet, located off of the loading dock and along the building perimeter or in a secluded area on the ground floor. The space will require a separate isolated HVAC system. Command Center: approximately 350 ABOA square feet, located adjacent to the mailroom Warehouse: approximately 5,000 square feet of storage space with a minimum ceiling height of 12 feet clear. An unobstructed, path capable of transporting pallet sized deliveries to this space from loading is required. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates.
