- NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for commercial items. This Solicitation/Synopsis was prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, using simplified acquisition procedures as provided for in FAR 13.106, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
