Description

Notice of Intent This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for solicitation number VA247-15-R-1130. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 Atlanta, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with Olympus, America, Inc. to provide Olympus Thoracic Equipment for the VAMC Atlanta. The NACIS code is 339112. This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing this equipment to the Contracting Officer via e-mail. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
