Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Wayne State University, Detroit, MI for services provided under Wayne State University's magnet resonance (MR) imaging and MR spectroscopy. NAICS 541711 applies. The contractor shall perform the services at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit MI, 48201, from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016. The contractor shall coordinate all visits with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and check in and out with the COR, as well as provide a comprehensive list of all work performed and updates provided while at the facility or remotely. This notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received by NLT 4:00 pm EST on September 30, 2015.
