Description

STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT The Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL has a requirement for twenty folding table for an auditorium. The tables must be similar in appearance and function to existing furniture. Delivery must include set up and removal of packaging material. This requirement has the following salient characteristics: 72" by 18" Rounded Corners (patient safety consideration) Black trim on all edges C-Leg design Appearance consistent with existing furniture (Cherry color with black/charcoal trim) The Haworth Series 450 tables have been identified as meeting the above requirements. Vendors may submit offers for alternative items, but must submit, with their quote, documentation which clearly establishes in the opinion of the USG Contracting Officer, that the item(s) offered meet all of the above specifications in all relevant fit, form and function. Quotes should be FOB Destination and not include delivery charges as a separate line item. Installation is not required, however delivery will include removal of packing material and described above. Quotes must be submitted via email to jill.claar@va.gov before the closing date/time of this solicitation. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses in its entirety.
