- NO RESPONSES ARE NECESSARY CONTRACT INFORMATION: This is a commercial item service procurement to repair the HVAC for the North Fish Ladder Auxiliary Water Supply Switchgear at The John Day Lock and Dam in Rufus, Oregon for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District. Procurement will utilize a competitive small business set-aside solicitation using the lowest price technically acceptable procurement method. The request for proposals (RFP) is anticipated to be issued on or about September 26, 2015; and offers will be due on or about September 29, 2015. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated to be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government. Anticipated award date is September 30, 2015. The 2012 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 238220, the size standard is $15M and the FSC is J045. This project is open to all qualified, responsive, and responsible firms. After solicitation issuance, contractors may view and/or download the solicitation and all amendments at the FedBizOpps website found at https://www.fbo.gov/. Specifications and drawings will not be made available in paper format or on compact disk. It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. You must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. You may register at for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
