Description
I.The 410th Contract Support Brigade - Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Miami has a requirement in support of the United States Southern Command's mission to procure a designed, developed, and operational website o effectively attract and inform Latin American and Caribbean military audiences. The Government is seeking information from interested contractors that can meet the requirements of the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The RCO-Miami contracting office is working diligently to complete the acquisition strategy and planning process required for DoD Army Acquisitions. Input form industry is instrumental in developing the acquisition strategy associated with this request for information. Please note the attached PWS is a draft, only the final request for proposal and associated documents should be used as official guides for proposal submission. II.This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotations. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract, nor do they affect a potential respondent's ability to respond to any future synopsis/solicitation which may or may not follow or restrict the U.S. Government's eventual acquisition approach. Additionally, the U.S. Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this RFI. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. Interested vendors responding to this RFI shall provide capability information for this requirement in its entirety. Respondents will not be notified of any results derived from a review of the information provided; however information gathered may be utilized for technical and acquisition purposes. The U.S. Government will not pay for any costs associated with such demonstration(s) of any software products. This RFI will be open from the date of release for 15 business days. This RFI is requested of companies currently involved in the market place where these services and or products are available and in production. III.Scope: USSOUTHCOM requires the capability to engage foreign military audiences in the Caribbean and Latin America via the internet in order to convey command messaging to foreign military partners and conduct influence activities. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform support to the Di logo Digital Military Magazine as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. IV.Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a capability statement which, at a minimum, shall include the following information: Company Name, mailing address, and valid e-mail and phone number of a designated company point of contact. Contractor CAGE Code and/or DUNS Number Active Security Facility Clearance Level of the Offeror Limited to 5 pages, Time New Roman, Size 12 Font Capability Statement shall be comprised of the following: 1.Brief Company Overview and background 2.Details illustrating the offerors technical capability in meeting specified requirements while focusing on the tasks found in the attached Draft PWS. 3.Past or current experience in performing a similar requirement as it relates to the size and scope of the requirement 4.Quality Control Measures which shall be implemented as a means to maintain and manage the functional and operational website. V.Submit via e-mail to Paul F. Negrido / paul.f.negrido.civ@mail.mil and copy to Michael A. Son / michael.a.son2.civ@mail.mil by 16 Oct 2015 no later than 5:00pm (EST). Any proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
