- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), is soliciting on an unrestricted basis for a firm fixed price service-type contract to provide leasing of one each diesel generator and one each automatic transfer switch for the period 13 October 2015 through 12 February 2016. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 28 September 2015 with a closing date on or about 6 October 2015. Anticipated period of performance is 13 October 2015 through 12 February 2016. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes through the NECO website is not available at this time. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website: www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at http://www.sam.gov.
