- United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: CITY, STATE: Plentywood, Montana COUNTY: Sheridan County DELINEATED AREA: N/E/S/W Plentywood city limits, plus up to ½ mile MINIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 3,050 ABOA MAXIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 3,360 ABOA RENTABLE SQUARE FEET (RSF): Not to Exceed 4,232 RSF SPACE TYPE: Office and related space PARKING SPACES (TOTAL): 20 Surface Parking Spaces FULL TERM: Through 09/30/2025 TERMINATION RIGHTS: 120-days' in whole or in part OPTION TERM: None ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Pull through parking for cattle trailers and parking spaces wide enough to accommodate large trucks to park • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. • A fully serviced lease is required. • Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Plentywood, Montana that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication in infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
