Description

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The U.S Department of Labor (DOL) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Directorate of Training and Education (DTE), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Trivantis, 311 Elm Street Suite 200, Cincinnati, OH 45202. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Wednesday, 30 September 2015 at 11:00 AM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
