- Description
- The scope of the project consists of all plant, design, labor, materials and management to replace existing HVAC with mini-split systems in Plaza Units (14), Camp Foster. Also, furnish and install electric water heater systems fo reach individual unit. Work includes necessary electrical upgrades to meet the current code and to ensure that all electrical systems are capable of supporting the installation of mini-split and electric water heater systems, remediation testing/abatement of mold, asbestos and lead and all other related work to provide complete and usable facilities.
