- The 502d Contracting Squadron has a requirement for T-Metrics Extended Hour Software Service Subscription (SSS) in support of the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, TX. Conducted market research identifies that this requirement can only be met by T-Metrics, Inc., the sole source manufacturer / developer of TM-2000 multi-purpose Automated Call Distribution (ACD) platform, and T-Metrics is the only manufacturer that has the required software source code necessary to provide software subscription services which includes certified technical support and software updates, as well as hardware warranty, for the TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Platform. All interested sources who can refute these findings with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the T-Metrics Extended Hour Software Service Subscription (SSS) should respond via e-mail to the 502d Contracting Office, NLT 3PM CDT, 29 June 2015. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S. C. Section 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements and (FAR) 8.405-6, Limited Sources. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
