- Solicitation Number SPE4A5-16-R-0041 for NSN 2920-01-455-3741 will be FOB Destination and Destination inspection is required. The estimated annual demand is 35 units. General Electric Company (Cage 07482) P/N L43450P01 and Unison Industries, LLC (Cage 59501) P/N 9044625-1 are the only approved items at this time. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. This is an Unrestricted procurement and will result in Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and four (4) option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211.9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government. The solicitation will not include progress payments. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date shown on the RFP.
