- Amendment #5 issued to incoporate clarifications into the requirements as well as to extend the offer due date until 10/14/15. Amendment #4 issued to extend the offer due date until 10/9/15. Clarifications are forthcoming and will be added via a subsequent Amendment. Amendment #3 issued to incorporate Clarifications, Geotechnical report, and 8 additional drawings, as described in Amendment #3. Amendment #2 issued to replace incomplete drawings with these newly atatched revised/corrected drawings. Amendment #1 issued to clarify performance time, contractor must be able to sart mid-Novemeber 2015, and weather depenedent completed 100% by 4/1/16. As well as to incorporate site pictures and 2 additional reference drawings.*** Solicitation/RFO announcement for The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Light Tower installation Project at Dupont, PA. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Annette Tom Kibler at 404-680-5573. The performance period, is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). This project is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, with a size standard of $36.5 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Spec Attachments, Drawings, Tower Documents, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.
