Description

Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for grounds maintenance services for the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS), Menlo Park Residences #1 and #2, Stockton Annex Clinic, Monterey CBOC, Sunnyvale Clinic, and Mountain View Clinic. The solicitation number for this RFP is VA261-16-R-0037. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 26, 2015, with an anticipated quote due date of November 23, 2015. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 with four (4) one year option periods. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 61730, size standard $7.5 million. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offerors must be registered in VIP Vetbiz prior to submitting an offer in order to be considered for award. The Government anticipates award of one fixed-price contract with fixed price CLINS for recurring services and IDIQ CLINS for ancillary services. Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. This is not a FAR Part 15 acquisition. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Nicole.do@va.gov not later than November 18, 2015 at 4:00 PM HST. Note: SDVOSB firms must be registered at the time of proposal submission and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry http://www.vetbiz.gov/ Vendors not registered in the VetBiz Registry at the time of proposal submission will not be considered for award.
