- NOTICE FOR FILING AGENCY PROTESTS SAP Clauses Price Schedule Specification This combined synopsis/solicitation HSCG80-16-Q-P45219 for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotes incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. The NAICS is 336611, with a size standard of 1000. A. REQUIREMENT: SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATION. WORK ITEM1: Batteries, Clean and Inspect WORK ITEM2: Reduction Gears, Oil and Filters, Renew WORK ITEM3: Rudders, Wartsila Seals, Lubricate WORK ITEM4 Capstan(s), Clean, Inspect and Lubricate WORK ITEM5 Stern Launch Ramp Door Pivot Joints, Lubricate WORK ITEM6: Steering System, HPU Suction Strainers, Clean WORK ITEM7: Emergency Diesel Generator, Fan Hub, Inspect WORK ITEM8: Travel B. PRICING DATA: SEE ATTACHED PRICE SCHEDULE. Contractors shall complete the attached price schedule and return it with your quotes no later than 03 November 2015 at 1:30pm Eastern Standard Time. Travel", is applicable only to Contractors not within the local commuting area (50 miles) of the vessel's location. It is anticipated that any Contractors within the 50 mile commuting area will enter "zero" (0) or "N/A" for the unit and extended price for this CLIN, on the Price Schedule. The place of performance is listed under the Section D. Location. C. REQUIRED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The work must be performed from 09 November 2015 to 13 November 2015 D. LOCATION: USCGC ISAAC MAYO (WPC 1107) 100 TRUMBO ROAD KEY WEST, FL 33040-6655 E. REFERENCES: SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATION F. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions --- Commercial Items (May 2015) applies to this acquisition. G. As stated below, the provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items- applies with the following addenda: Award of a contract will be based on the following criteria: The purchase order will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. 1. Vendors MUST be registered in www.sam.gov 2. Evidence that your company is a Small Business The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Potential Small Businesses having the expertise and required capabilities are invited to submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. Quotes should be written and submitted in a legible format. Quotes must contain the contractor's DUNS Number. Quotes must be received no later than 03 November 2015 AT 1:30 P.M.
