- Repair Orion Systems The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Repair of the following electronic equipments OS32‐0134‐A1 COEI Qty 4, OS32‐0133‐A1 SUEI Qty 9, OS31‐0031‐05‐A1 T1 Interface Card Qty 6, OS31‐0070‐04‐A1 SIM Controller Qty 2, OS31‐0039‐00‐A1 Station ISDN‐U SIU Qty 2, OS32‐0111‐A1 10 Position Mux Qty 2 and OS32‐0137‐A1 SDEI Qty 3 in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is a manufacture sole sourced to Orion Systems, Inc, 3401 masons Mills Road, Bldg. 2, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 to the highly specialized nature of Range Communications, Orion Systems is the only source that is able to fulfill the agency's requirements to meet existing and future NAVAIR T&E Range support requirements. The current capability is inadequate for the planned testing and existing equipment must be upgraded immediately to meet Range Operational requirements. The Orion Systems equipment to be repaired is identical, form and fit compatible with existing NAVAIR/NAWCWD system design. To meet established operational readiness schedules of the Fleet, the Orion hardware must be in place for Pacific Range Operations. Additionally, this Orion equipment must be repaired in order to match, interconnect, interoperate and be compatible with existing Orion Systems infrastructure at other Range sites. The Orion Systems equipment must be compatible in form, fit, function and physical attributes. Any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N68936-16-T-0035 may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability Repair Electronic Equipment listed above already in use without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
