Description

VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 3,800 useable square feet in Alamosa, CO for use as out-patient clinical space. The space must be on no more than 1 floor of contiguous space and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site surface parking for 10 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting the city limits of Alamosa CO will be considered. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
