Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), is soliciting an award for a preventive maintenance and repair agreement for a GE Aestiva 7900 anesthesia machine for the North Texas Veterans Health Care System, Dallas VA Medical Center. This requirement includes preventative maintenance, service repairs, technical support, and all required software updates for a multiple-year contract. If there are any qualified vendors of interest, please send responses to the below email address. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is for a base term with four one-year option years with the total duration not to exceed 60 months. The corresponding North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 with a small business size standard of $20.5 million. Responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be e-mailed directly to the Contract Specialist, Nicole H. Dorsey, at nicole.dorsey@va.gov. Please include "GE Aestiva 7900 Maintenance Agreement" in the subject line of the email along with the RFQ identifier number, VA257-16-Q-0127. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM CST on November 18, 2015. Failure to submit all information requested on a timely basis will result in a contractor not being considered as an interested business. Any technical questions or concerns must be received in writing via email no later than 11/16/2015 by the close of business.
