Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for Department of Veteran's Affairs, NCO 19, to obtain a new vendor perform WiFi services for the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 facilities. The services performed must meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Veterans Affairs regulations and policies. The contract start date is anticipated to be 01 Dec 2015 with a base year, 4 one year options, and one 6-month optional extension of services. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 517110 and size standard of 1500 employees. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on or about 06 November 2015. No paper copies will be issued. The contractor's proposal shall include a price section, a past-performance section, and a technical section, and must conform to the instructions contained within each section. Each CLIN in the pricing proposal must be priced. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. All responsible SDVOSBs may submit a proposal to be considered. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
