Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to issue Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) VA249-15-R-0513. The VA desires to lease sufficient square footage of real property to yield up to approximately 20,700 net usable square feet (NUSF) of space and 110 parking spaces for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Somerset, KY. The VA will consider space located in an existing building as well as land for new construction. Space must be located on a single floor and comply with all current building, seismic, and ADA code requirements. A lease term up to 10 years will be considered. Space must be located within the boundaries of Pulaski County. This is a pre-solicitation notice published in response to the previous Expression of Interest that was posted under VA249-15-R-0513 and closed on June 5, 2015. All site visits have been completed.
