THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 4 intends to award a firm-fixed, sole source contract in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2). This requirement is for a service contract for the Philips Digital Diagnost. It will be an option contract, base plus 4 years. The Government intends to make the award to Philips Healthcare.
