- Performance Work Statement Market Research Questionnaire THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. DDESS Procurement is searching for vendors that can fulfill a requirement for Safety Attendant/ Safety Attendants for Special Needs Students services for DoDEA Puerto Rico schools at Fort Buchanan, located in San Juan, PR, and Ramey School, located in Aguadilla, PR. The anticipated PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is: base period of: 01 Feb 2016 through 31 July 2016 with 4 option year periods to follow. Please see attached Draft Performance Work Statement for full description of services and technical requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 561612. A Government requirement for this service is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. Interested parties are requested to address the following questions in the attached Market Research Questionnaire. This Sources Sought Announcement is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. All information received in response to this announcement that is marked “Proprietary” will be handled accordingly. Responses will not be returned.
