Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) on behalf of Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Medical Center Fayetteville, NC and Wilmington CBOC in NC is conducting market research to determine interest for providing FibroScan 502 Touch System. For compatibility with existing equipment it is proposed that this requirement be Brand Name Only. 1.FibroScan 502 Touch with 19" monitor and windows 7 OS w/M+ & XL + Probes. 2.Sandill Fibroscan Comprehensive Service. Agreement Comprehensive Service Agreement. 3.Printer, Canon ImageClass LBP7660 to be used with the Fibroscan 502. 4.Sandhill Controlled Attenuation Parameter The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510 Size Standard: 500, and the Classification code is 6515. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response only the following information: 1.Company name and DUN # 2.POC information 3.Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) 4.Is this item available on FSS Schedule?
