Description

The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, parts, materials, labor, supervision, technical manuals and transportation required for demolition, site work, approximately 5,003 square feet of new construction and approximately 12,072 square feet of interior renovation for the Department of Veterans Affairs current Emergency Department in the 1st floor of the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital at, 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205 as required by approved drawings and specifications. A performance completion period of 540 days or sooner from issuance of NTP has been allotted for this requirement. The dollar magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5.0 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov. Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as "Interested Vendor" at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from Fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about mid to late November 2015 with a tentative site visit around 12/03/2015.
