- Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for SFSIAQ16SS5001 Requirements Table (incorporated into Draft PWS) for SFSIAQ16SS5001 Sources Sought Instructions for SFSIAQ16SS5001 Sources Sought SFSIAQ16SS5001 School of Applied Information Technology (FSI/SAIT) MS Office Internet Based Training (MSIBT) Courseware and Materials This Sources Sought (SS) is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals or Quotes (RFP or RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this SS are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this SS should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this SS. All costs associated with responding to this SS will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this SS posting is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Department of State, Foreign Service Institute is seeking information regarding the following Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please carefully review the Draft PWS and attached Requirements Table document and respond according to the directions following stated below. SS Responses/capability statements should include the following: 1.Contact information: a.Name of company b.Business title c.Institution or organization affiliation d.Email address e.Phone number f.Company's business size and DUNS number 2.Please ensure that your capabilities statement addresses the thirty-six Critical, Important, and Useful requirements listed on the attached Requirements Table document; Please indicate which requirements can/cannot be met. Responding sources are invited to submit a modified version of this table as an inclusion to their capabilities statement. 3.Summary of credentials/professional experience relative to similar requirements; 4.Please state the estimated firm fixed price for this product as well as any applicable pricing models that may be available. 5.Recommendations to improve or clarify the Draft PWS; 6.Please provide documentation indicating that your course content has been loaded and run successfully in the Learn.com LearnCenter 9.3 learning management system, and the CornerStoneOnDemand learning management system; 7.Please provide a full listing of all Microsoft Office courses and the software version number associated with that product. 8.Please supply documentation showing that the aforementioned courses have been endorsed by the exam provider (i.e., Microsoft) as being sufficient for the initial preparation of the specified MOS certification exam; 9.Please limit your capability statement/SS response to ten pages. Do not include the following in the response: 1.Do not submit formal proposals or offers; 2.Do not submit requests to be considered for award or to be notified of a future solicitation; as a courtesy to vendors who submit SS capability statements, responding vendors will be notified should the government elect to issue a formal RFP/RFQ for this requirement at a later date. 3.Do not submit requests to be added to a mailing or distribution list; 4.Do not submit questions or comments not related to this SS; 5.Do not respond via telephone.
