Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a commercial lease contract for Mailing Equipment systems with maintenance/services on Operating lease Plan for Base with four option years for the VA Medical Center, Saint Louis, MO. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 5 November 2015.
