Description

Terms & Conditions REQUEST FOR QUOTE STATEMENT OF WORK The United States Coast Guard C-27J program requires new spare aircraft parts for the fleet. Only the EXACT part numbers listed on the attached request for quote will be accepted. The requirement is restricted to authorized sources of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or firms who can effectively demonstrate their ability to acquire the components directly from the OEM. Only NEW traceable parts to manufacturer Cage Code F9111 are acceptable. Full traceability back to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is required and must be documented. The Coast Guard requires that distributors or other potential sources be ASA-100 certified, or in compliance with other quality systems listed in FAA Advisory Circular 00-56A. These requirements are necessary in order for the Coast Guard to maintain the capability to adequately support all Coast Guard missions. Questions about this requirement must be in writing and submitted by email to Thomas Rush at Thomas.D.Rush@uscg.mil No phone calls will be accepted. All inquiries must include the RFQ/REF number (HSCG23-16-Q-N50033) in the subject line, your full name, organization name, address, phone and fax numbers, and must be received by 11/09/2015 at 11 am EST. Offerors must submit quotes to Thomas Rush by electronic transmissions to Thomas.D.Rush@uscg.mil The reference number HSCG23-16-Q-N50033 must be included in the subject line.
