RFP: VA786-16-R-0024 Project Location: BATH NATIONAL CEMETERY, BATH, NY Project Title: MATERIAL STORAGE BUILDING Project Control #: 787-CM-3914 Project Description: The Bath National Cemetery requires an enclosed material storage building on a concrete slab with an apron to be erected in their maintenance yard. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to erect the building with slab and apron as necessary and described herein, at the Bath National Cemetery located at the Bath National Cemetery, San Juan Ave, Bath, NY 14810. Bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work is to be performed, to take measurements, visually inspect, estimate, make note of levels of effort, degrees of scale and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award. Offerors are to contact the Cemetery personnel below to make an appointment to inspect the site. Potential offerors are required to contact the cemetery before arriving on site to inspect the work and work area. Contractors that attempt to inspect the worksite without making an appointment will be denied access to the site. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238110 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-16-R-0024 on remittances. An electronic solicitation is available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on November 05, 2015 as a separate attachment. Two (2) additional separate attachments are also included. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., November 30, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps. Failure to submit all documentation required as required so, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
