Description

Solicitation/RFQ Redacted Justification and Approval DISA/DITCO intends to issue a sole source contract for Center for Communications Management Information, LLC (CCMI) TelView Internet Subscription Service renewal. CCMI., has proprietary rights to the software code for the TelView Internet Subcription associated with this requirement and is the only known source, that can provide the TelView Internet Subscription Service renewal. No other vendor or distributor can legally obtain access to the software, and no other vendor can make duplicate copies since it is protected by copyright and patent laws. See attached synopsis/solicitation and redacted J&A for all details and directions. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement (size standard $27,500,000). A copy of your company's commercial price list is required so the government can justify the price received are fair and reasonable, as well as determine the discount percentage received. Additionally, a copy of an authorized reseller letter from the OEM is require, is to be provided with the quote. Responses are due by 11:00 A.M.
