- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Madrid will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. This requirement is to provide complete mobile telephone services to U.S. Mission Spain. Anticipated performance is for one-year base period from the date of the contract award, with four one-year periods at the option of the Government. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. The Government plans to award the contract before April 2016. Electronic Submission/Responses: No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
