- DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The U.S. Government is seeking potential sources to Conduct Army Watercraft Systems (AWS) Strategy analysis in support of HQDA G3/G8 directives for the Combined Armed Support Command. The baseline of the requirements is as identified in the draft Maneuver Support Vessel, Light (MSV-L) and Maneuver Support Vessel, Heavy (MSV-H) Capability Development Document (CDD) and legacy watercraft ORDs and ROCs. The task will augment mission areas not covered by current TDA authorizations. To accomplish the tasks within MSD Mobility Division, experience with AWS and Army Transportation is expected and required. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry, such as Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov; or General Services Administration (GSA): www.gsa.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Governmentwide Points of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The anticipated NAICS code(s) is 541330. A need is anticipated for the Sustainment Support Services. Attached is the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). In response to this sources sought, please provide: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a capability statement and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. Include in your capability statement experience performing the deliverables stated in paragraph three of the PWS.
