- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 5895-01-187-9356, Multiplexer, in accordance with L-3 Communications Corporation CAGE 60583 P/N NAR8433. Source control item. DLAD clause 52.217-9003 Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items applies. The estimated annual quantity is 50 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 10 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The five-year maximum contract quantity is 250 EA. Surge and Sustainment applies. FOB Destination; Inspection Acceptance Origin. Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the Thunderbolt II A-10 Aircraft, the F-16 Aircraft, and the Air Launch Cruise (ALCM) AGM-86B Missile. Contractor required to have access to classified data. Confidential facility clearance and safeguarding required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is November 27, 2015. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
