- FACILITY TOUR AIR 5.4.Air Combat Environment Test and Evaluation Facility (ACETEF) Division intends to conduct a Facility Brief and Tour on 23 November 2015 at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The purpose of this event is to provide a technical tour of the ACETEF facilities. The brief and tour will start promptly at 2:30 PM at Building 2109 in the Eagles Nest Conference Room and conclude at approximately 3:30PM. The following is the projected schedule for the event planned for 23 November 2015: • Introductions (Government Personnel) • AIR-5.4. Overview • Facility Tour • Closing Remarks/Dismissal This is an UNCLASSIFIED event; however, SECRET CLEARANCES are required within the ACETEF complex. Please forward clearance information via JPAS to SMO code N004214. Information presented at the event will NOT be made available to Offerors, who are unable to attend the event. All Facility Tour participants are forewarned that questions, comments, or recommendations will not be entertained during the event; however, the participants will be able to submit these items in writing and answers to the questions will be posted on FBO. FACILITY TOUR REGISTRATION: Interested Prime Contractors are highly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. Number of participants from each firm will be limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives from each firm. Only registered attendants will be permitted into the conference facility. Please submit names of attendees and include contact information so instructions for Base Access may be provided if you do not have a CAC Card. Visitors without access to Patuxent River will be required to stop at the Gate 2 Pass Office prior to entry with a driver's license or other photo-ID. The following information will be required for each visitor without a CAC Card: - Social Security Number - First / Last Name - Date of Birth - Birth Country - Birth City - Birth State - Citizenship - Country of Residence - Company Name - Position Title The above requested information should be sent in an encrypted email. Registration for the Facility Tour must be made via email to the Contract Specialist: Ms. Sotanya Rushing, at sotanya.rushing@navy.mil. All potential Offerors must register prior to attending the event. Participants will have to register for the Facility Tour before 4:00 PM EST on 19 November 2015. All registered participants will receive a confirmation email, directions and physical address to Building 2109 from base Gates 1 and 2. Parking is available in the front of the building. Attendants will be greeted in the lobby of 2109 and directed or escorted to the meeting location. It is encouraged to arrive 15 minutes in advance of the conference start in order to sign-in. Wear comfortable shoes and please contact Ms. Rushing if you will need special accommodations.
