Description

Market Survey as referenced in the Sources Sought Notice PURPOSE OF NOTICE: The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified small businesses that are capable of executing this potential contract as a prime contractor. Please identify your federally designated small business category or categories. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. This notice is intended strictly for market research. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. No solicitation exists at this time. DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for NSN 4810-01-113-6163. The current approved sources of supply are: CAGE Codes 73760 & 45934 for part number AV13J1180-1 and CAGE Code 73601 for part number 74-690115-103. DLA Land and Maritime does not have any drawings/specifications associated with this item. Sources interested in becoming an approved source for this NSN must submit the appropriate information as outlined in DLAD 52.217-9002 - Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. Sources interested in this NSN should complete the attached market survey form and return a completed copy to Elizabeth Hochstetler via e-mail at Elizabeth.Hochstetler@dla.mil by 1:00 pm EST on 11/23/15.
