Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a contract for an IQ Adjusting Instrument for the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, MI. Please see attached RFQ document VA69D-15-Q-1314 for requirements. Potential vendors are to complete the attached RFQ document and submit an itemized quote as well as submit sufficient supporting documentation which details product specifications. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM CST, Tuesday September 1, 2015. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All quotes are to be sent electronically to Antanette.Shellaugh@va.gov.
