Description

THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS IS SEEKING CLINICAL SPACE IN PHILADELPIHIA PENNSYLVANIA The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 9,995 contiguous net usable square feet within the boundaries established below within Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This space is for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) by the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center; 3900 Woodland Avenue; Philadelphia, PA. Offered space must meet all Government requirements for fire safety and handicapped accessibility. On-site parking for a minimum of 60 parking spaces of which 10 are ADA Compliant is required. The Government will consider both existing and build to suit properties. A lease for a base period of five (5) years with five (5) additional one (1) year option periods for a total of 10 years will be considered. Space is required to be located within the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, specifically buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration. Properties within either of the delineated areas may be offered for consideration. Maps and description of the two delineated areas is included below. VA is interested in space in either area. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA in conjunction with the receipt of offers received in response to the RLP released on or around November 18, 2015. Moore and East Columbia Avenues East - Delaware Avenue and Richmond Street
