Description
Shell for Base Rates Pricing Schedule for Sample Task Order PWS for sample Task Order Sample Past Performance Questionnaire Organizational Experience Form PreAward Survey Cover Letter Planning and Environmental Studies Solicitation The Government intends to award up to five Indefinite-Quantity, Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for Planning and Environmental Studies within the South Pacific Division. Notwithstanding the above, the Government may award more or fewer than five. The objective is to award separate contracts with a one year base and four one year option periods. The maximum capacity for all contracts awarded will be $9,500,000 shared amongst all of the MATOC pool holders. The Performance of work will be authorized by issuance of task orders by the Government Contracting Officer for the Contractors to perform studies and analyses, and preparing reports and supporting documents related to the Corps planning processes for civil, military, and “Interagency and International Services” (IIS) program studies and projects, within the Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division (SPD) boundaries. These boundaries include the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, and parts of Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and Texas. See website www.spd.usace.army.mil for a map. The proposals are due on 4 Jan 2016.
