Description: The specifics of the five (5) year software maintenance agreement and requirements for this acquisition are defined below: 1. Thirty-Three (33) ApexAda Embedded Base V4.2 for Solaris/SPARC Targeting ApexAda Exec/MIPS MNT-DAE8ES340F-T2 2. Five (5) ApexAda Enterprise V4.4 for Solarls/SPARC MNT-DANEE5000F-T2 3. The contractor shall provide access to software updates, version releases, available documents, release notes, and installation scripts for the listed products in the maintenance agreement. 4. The contractor shall provide access to fixes, avai!ab!e documents, release notes, and installation scripts for the listed products in the maintenance agreement. 5. The contractor shall provide telephone technical support, as needed, for products listed in the maintenance agreement, Monday through Friday, between the hours of09:00 to 15:30 CST, except on US Government holidays.
