The Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and materials to construct five new concrete pull-through campsites with gravel approaches at Elm Point PUA on Eufaula Lake, Oklahoma. Elm Point is located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. A site visit by prospective bidders is mandatory to determine exact site conditions and measurements.
