Performance Work Statement SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY: Responses to this notice will not be considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capability and qualifications of offerors who can successfully support this requirement. Contractors are encouraged to submit information regarding any potential issues they see with this requirement. Any questions will be addressed to our technical team prior to issuance of the solicitation. The contemplated type of solicitation will depend upon the responses to this sources sought and any other information available to the Government. Responses must clearly demonstrate qualification, capability and expertise to deliver the requirement. Responses to this sources sought will be considered as part of the market research that will be used to develop the acquisition strategy to satisfy this requirement. The 65th Contracting Flight, Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal, is conducting market research to acquire two (2) hydrant servicing modules (HSMs), which shall include providing installation and personnel training. Items are to be shipped and training shall be at Lajes Field, Terceira Island, Azores, Portugal. Terceira Island is a small island in the Azores archipelago, in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean. If you believe you qualify as a potential offeror, with qualified personnel for this requirement please submit the following information: 1. Company name and mailing address 2.
