Solicitation: Agency/Office: W90QUW-5301-0100 National Guard Bureau/Utah National Guard Location: USPFO for Utah 12953 So. Minuteman Dr. Draper Ut. 84020 Title: Geo Fencing and Mining DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Mobile Geo-Fence & Geo Retargeting Campaign for the Utah National Guard (UTNG) in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W90QUW-5301-0100 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This solicitation is issued as an unrestricted procurement. The North American industry Classifications System Code (NAICS) is 517410. The Geo Fenced Locations with the locations to be determined, will be as follows, Monthly Banner Impressions will total 350,000 across all locations, impressions not necessarily evenly spread over all locations. The ads we are seeking will be delivered to people on their mobile devices as they arrive inside the predetermined fence. Mobile devices will be retargeted with custom banner ad's from UTNG encouraging the user to click through to the UTNG site for more information. We would like the service to provide proof of performance, by recapping the number of served impressions, and the number of click through rates to the UTNG site. The minimum numbers we are seeking to contract for are as follows: Banner impressions per month: 100,000 Geo-Fence impressions per month: 250,000 Total monthly impressions: 350,000 The Geo-Targeting we are seeking should allow the UTNG to focus on specific Utah High School locations throughout the state. By focusing on the to be determined High Schools within the state of Utah the ad's will be seen by many prospective recruits that are within the demographics the UTNG is seeking to attract. Please provide us with your quotes for a period of six months to be run from December 2015 to May 2016 or January of 2016 to June 2016 a six month period. The time period that we will be running the campaign is still being determined. When providing us with your quote please provide it with costs of each of the six periods separately with the total cost of all the periods included in summary. Also provide with your quote your Cage Code and your DUNS number, if not both as least one or the other. *NOTE: Provide a quote for the Geo Track/Mining as described above.
