Ft. (ABOA): 81,839 ABOA SF of office space Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Not to Exceed 85,858 ABOA SF of office space Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 secured Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 secured Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 51 Reserved and Structured Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· Secure mail room with slab to slab walls and separate air duct •· Floor load capable of accommodating high density file rolling system •· Capacity to meet Federal Protective Services Level 3 Security Requirement •· Space should not have less than 12,000 USF per floor •Access to light rail and bus within ¼ mile of location.
