Description

Justification for Approval The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to Siemens Government Technologies, Inc., 1881 Campus Commons Drive, Suite 300, Reston, VA 20191-1519 for Software Maintenance Renewal for licenses that the FBI currently owns. This requirement will be on a Firm Fixed Price basis. All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If any interested party would like to be considered for award, please submit a written statement indicating your interest as well as a brief corporate capability that supports legal rights and unique technical qualifications and experience to fulfill this requirement by 4:00 pm on December 3, 2015 to Mabel Comfort, Contract Specialist, at mabel.comfort@ic.fbi.gov RFQ No. DJF-16-0700-PR-00000313. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses received and is at the discretion of the Government The Government reserves the right o award without discussion
