- Solicitation Number amended to SPE4A5-16-R-0244. Solicitation Number SPE4A5-16-R-0189 cancelled. Provide NSN 2915-01-166-4887, PROBE AND BELLOWS. PR 60731552, CAGE 06848 Honeywell International Part Number 2671067. Quantity of 14 each. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Honeywell International (CAGE 06848, P/N 2671067). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 14 each, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 297 days ARO. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). Buyer intends to award IAW existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Sole source per FAR 6.302. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/rfp on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The anticipated solicitation issue date for SPE4A5-16-R-0244 is November 25. 2015.
