- Description
- The National Park Service intends to issue a solicitation for a construction requirement for the Prince William Forest Park. Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals to install a Cured In Place pipe liner system. A detailed Statement of Work and specification will be provided with final solicitation documents. The Solicitation No. is P16PS00157. Project Magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. One (1) firm-fixed price contract will be awarded on a best value basis. Technical evaluation factors will be included in the Request for Proposal. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages for Prince William County, Virginia will apply. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110 with a size standard of $36.5 million. Competition will be full and open. A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. The official Request for Proposal and its attachments will be issued and available approximately December 7, 2015 and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov and FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
