Description

The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Kent County office in Dover, Delaware, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 3,300-3,900 contiguous rentable square feet of Class A office space together with 75 on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,300 usable square feet (USF). The area considered must be within an area bounded on the North by Delaware Route 8, bounded on the East by US Route 113, bounded on the South by Little Heaven/Viola and bounded on the West by US Route 13. Occupancy is required within twelve (12) months of lease award.
